Cancellation Policy

. Order Cancellation by Customers

1.1. Timeframe for Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of order placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
1.2. Customized T-Shirts: Orders for customized T-shirts cannot be cancelled once production has started, as these are made-to-order products. You will be notified when production begins.
1.3. How to Cancel: To cancel an order, contact us at support@tshirtshop.in with your order number and request for cancellation. Alternatively, you may use the cancellation option in your account dashboard, if available.
1.4. Confirmation: Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. If the order cannot be cancelled (e.g., it has already been shipped), we will inform you promptly.

2. Order Cancellation by TshirtShop.in

2.1. We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock or unavailable.

• Pricing errors or inaccuracies in product listings.

• Suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorized transactions.

• Inability to deliver to the provided address due to logistical constraints.
  2.2. If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email and refund any payments made within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
